The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our New York studio on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of integrated creative projects—from 3D built environments and experiential activations to retail marketing strategy and conceptual design projects —for leading global brands. As a key member of our client services team, you'll deliver world-class service to our clients while supporting our creative team to produce pioneering work that pushes boundaries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing integrated creative projects across 3D environments, experiential and brand strategy
  • Demonstrable experience managing built environment projects, from concept through to delivery.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale budgets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and leading effective meetings
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • A passion for delivering pioneering, boundary-pushing work
  • Commitment to sustainable thinking and positive social impact

Nice To Haves

  • An architectural background would be advantageous, with good literacy levels of technical drawings and specifications, and ability to converse with confidence with third party vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of pitches and projects, ensuring they're executed on brief, on budget, and on time.
  • Plan projects from inception through to successful delivery.
  • Onboard projects smoothly into the studio, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders.
  • Set up project programs, coordinate and run meetings (kick-offs, project check-ins, wrap-ups), and share information seamlessly between teams and clients.
  • Foster collaboration between creative and production teams through delivery of high quality communication, accuracy of information and data, and thoughtful comprehension of briefs and team needs.
  • Manage large-scale budgets effectively and coordinate billing schedules.
  • Prepare and finalize project scopes and costing exercises, and ensure consistent margin management and commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee resourcing across your projects, including managing freelancers and identifying skills gaps to ensure projects are appropriately staffed.
