About The Position

Provides overall program leadership, contract management, and coordination with MDMC stakeholders to ensure successful execution of Digital Depot support services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years’ supervisory/program management experience
• 2 years’ experience managing IT systems of similar size and complexity
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Active SECRET clearance preferred; must be eligible for SECRET clearance and CAC/MCEN access

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting DoD or Marine Corps programs
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and cloud environments

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with KO, COR, and MDMC leadership
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution across all task areas
• Manage risks, issues, and performance metrics
• Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and task prioritization
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, reporting, and deliverables
• Lead weekly status reporting and stakeholder briefings
• Coordinate mission support and surge activities (RGS process)
