Requirements

  • Previous security experience (3+ years) preferred.
  • Previous Team Leader/Supervisor skills (3+ years) preferred.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed positions.
  • Have no felony convictions, no convictions for misdemeanors involving moral turpitude (verified by fingerprint based criminal background check).
  • Must be able to pass a pistol qualification course. (Both written and range qualifications).
  • Be of good moral character (as verified by applicant-provided character references, applicant’s credit history and driver’s license record when applicable).
  • Be able to verify/explain all gaps in employment and not have been terminated from previous employment for other than honorable circumstances.
  • Have a telephone or other reliable means of communication.
  • Have a high school education or suitable equivalent.
  • Must pass drug screening.
  • Must have a clen MVR (Requirement for Driving Positions).
  • Experience with Winteam Software.

Nice To Haves

  • Alabama Security Regulatory Board License, preferred
  • Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
  • State Issued Driver's License (Not Expired)

Responsibilities

  • Report to Major Project Manager and Assistant Manager and provide updates and reports as required
  • Administers Guard management software to all locations
  • Manage scheduling of employees for multiple sites
  • Attend regular/routine meetings with client, supervisors, and subordinates
  • Maintains security post instructions
  • Deliver training where applicable
  • Ensure all security and safety equipment is in good working condition
  • Ability and willingness to travel to multiple locations for inspections, walk-throughs, and meetings
  • Conduct Interviews and hire employees
  • Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to by all assigned employees and give corrective action (On the Spot, PMRs, PIPs) where appropriate
  • Maintain communications with client contacts
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
