About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing of assigned projects in alignment with CBH priorities and strategic planning processes.

Requirements

Master’s degree or Bachelor's degree and 4 years relevant experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or willing to obtain certification within 3 years of hire; PA Child Abuse Clearance required
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in behavioral health or managed care. Project Management experience preferred.

Project Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects from initiation to closure.
Be accountable for project results along with project sponsor.
Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Problem-solve and resolve issues throughout project life cycle.
Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved by project sponsor.
Determine if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete project plan. If required, recruit and manage appropriate staffing resources.
Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to the project sponsor and leadership team.
Proactively lead, coach, and motivate project team members.
Determine how project outcomes will be measured.
