About The Position

Right at Home is looking for an experienced Project Manager! In this position, you will will be a change-agent who will bring Right at Home’s strategic vision to life by planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring the completion of strategic initiatives related to operations and customer experience on time, on budget, and within scope. A few past strategic initiatives have included national technology implementation, new service lines research & development, and toolkit and SOP development related to business coaching, people management and operations. Requirements

  • B.A. in Business Administration or equivalent years of work experience
  • 5 + years’ project management experience, specifically related to executive strategy, franchising, and national technology solutions
  • Previous experience managing projects via Smartsheet or similar project management solution
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executive stakeholders and day-to-day operational stakeholders
  • Observe the opinions, feelings, and needs of all stakeholders
  • Analyze situations and interactions in-depth with intent of anticipating outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred, but not required
  • Previous franchising experience preferred
  • Previous home care or healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manages an ongoing, ever-evolving, diverse project portfolio
  • Sets and manages stakeholder expectations, develops detailed project plans, defines project scope, creates working teams, and assigns team members to specific tasks
  • Conducts internal and external research based on project portfolio
  • Anticipates project impact on current operating procedures and takes steps to address
  • Take steps to mitigate roadblocks, challenges, or complications within project portfolio
  • Creates communication and change management plans
  • Ensures all projects are completed on time, on budget, and within scope
  • Manages and evaluates system-wide pilots
  • Sets timelines, minimizes delays, and develops alternate plans
  • Proactively engages internal and external stakeholders throughout full project lifecycle
  • Deploys various strategies to ensure all stakeholders are positively engaged in project portfolio
  • Plans, creates, and facilitates presentations, workshops, and training associated with project portfolio
  • Establishes and cultivates 3rd party partner and vendor relationships within project portfolio
  • Partners with Organizational Learning and Development to establish training strategies
  • Effectively transitions project to appropriate Center of Excellence for ongoing management
  • Provides an extraordinary customer experience for all stakeholders in project portfolio
  • Provides regular internal and external updates on project status
  • Evaluates the business model and current best practices, then identifies opportunities to improve
  • Creates and deploys workflows related to project portfolio
  • Analyzes various operational metrics (KPI) and prepares reports and presentations
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
