In this position, you will will be a change-agent who will bring Right at Home’s strategic vision to life by planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring the completion of strategic initiatives related to operations and customer experience on time, on budget, and within scope. A few past strategic initiatives have included national technology implementation, new service lines research & development, and toolkit and SOP development related to business coaching, people management and operations.
