14170 - Project Manager (onsite) – Miami, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: Hybrid Required: Experience managing complex IT software projects in a large organization using Waterfall or Agile methodologies (7+ years); Project Management experience (7+ years) Law enforcement experience or experience with Law Enforcement Records Management System (LERMS) Experience managing end-to-end software projects from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, to support; Experience performing Scrum master activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and lessons learned log; Experience writing, creating, and maintaining project documentation such as Project Charter, RACI matrices, reports, user stories, and requirement documents; Experience with the full Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps; Experience managing remote or distributed teams; Experience creating and maintaining software project budgets; Experience coordinating infrastructure setup and estimating future infrastructure costs by working with different IT areas. Preferred: Experience migrating the records management systems (RMS), (e.g. NicheRMS365, CrimeStar RMS, Tyler Technologies Enterprise Public Safety. Central Square Public Safety, Spillman Flex RMS, ARMS or similar); PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification. Responsibilities: Engage with end users and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements; Support the migration of a records management system from a mainframe to a new platform; Facilitate meetings with end users and project teams; Collaborate with the project manager and other team members; Assist in the implementation of the new Records Management System; Analyze and document business processes related to records management; Ensure clear communication between project stakeholders.
