About The Position

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead large-scale data center and commercial projects? Join our team and take charge of complex initiatives with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. What You’ll Do Pre-Project Participate in the RFP process, reviewing plans, specifications, and bid forms. Review contracts/work orders for accuracy and changes. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure and grow business. Start-Up Serve as the initial client interface to assess scope, schedule, and resources. Collaborate with Operations to ensure materials, equipment, and labor are ready. Develop mobilization and resource plans for successful project execution. Project Implementation Manage schedules, costs, and contract requirements. Oversee subcontractors and vendors, streamline activities, and maintain communication with stakeholders. Prepare and manage change orders, monitor installation progress, and ensure quality standards. Track project performance, profitability, and timelines using internal systems. Represent the company in client meetings and provide regular progress updates. Project Close-Out Coordinate efficient and accurate project close-outs. Manage customer acceptance and sign-off. Additional Responsibilities Coach and develop team members, promoting Lean culture and continuous improvement. Support corporate strategic goals and participate in required meetings. Overnight travel may be required. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. PMP certification preferred. BICSI RCDD or RTPM certifications preferred. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/data center construction and project management. Strong knowledge of structured cabling, building codes, and BICSI standards. Experience managing large-scale projects ($1M+) and GMP contracts. Familiarity with Panduit, CommScope, Corning products. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook). Requirements
