C2 Imaging is a leading printing, graphics and signage company that custom manufactures high-quality signs and marketing materials for major brands and businesses across the country and around the world. Job Summary We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Kent, WA. Working from your own desk in our support team office, you will ensure prompt communication and recording of all order related details, as well as responding to enquiries and sales requests, coordinating production times with management, tracking the progress of orders, attending daily meetings to review ongoing work and assisting with producing and maintaining order documentation needed for the manufacturing and distribution process.

Requirements

  • “Print” experience is a big plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Comfortable using a calculator for calculating basic pricing and sizes
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and questions with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Promote customer engagement by actively listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Produce, Manage, and maintain estimates and orders that are currently in production.
  • Process orders, estimates, and invoices according to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support their customer’s needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain communication for the successful completion of orders from start to finish
  • Assist with the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.
