EquipmentShare is seeking a Project Manager for their rental facility in Las Vegas, NV. Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with crews, leadership, and vendors
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and concrete work processes
- Willingness to learn and grow within the construction materials and equipment industry
- Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily job site activities related to concrete operations
- Participate in training sessions and ride-alongs with concrete team members
- Support project planning and execution for slab-on grade and tilt-up construction
- Coordinate material deliveries to meet project deadlines
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed at each project
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Director of the Concrete Division
- Track and report job progress, delays, and material needs
- Assist in managing branch inventory as needed in support of the Concrete Division
- Document field issues or inefficiencies to the appropriate parties
- Work alongside equipment rental and consumables teams to ensure full project support
