The Project Manager serves as the primary operational point of contact for assigned stone projects from order release through production and shipment. This role is responsible for coordinating customer requirements with plant execution, ensuring projects move through block selection, fabrication, quality review, and delivery in a manner that meets specification, schedule, and budget expectations. The Project Manager works closely with Operations, Estimating, Production, Quality, and subcontractors to ensure each project is executed in line with Polycor standards and customer-approved ranges. This role involves managing projects from purchase order through fabrication and shipment, coordinating with plant operations, selecting and allocating materials, tracking progress, and ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality-driven delivery. It also encompasses customer and stakeholder management, quality, yield, and cost management, and providing operational and cross-functional support.
