Requirements

Proven working experience in DCAM/Municipal construction project management.
Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License.
Excellent knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan and see the “big picture.”
Competence in conflict and crisis management.
Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
Familiarity with construction management software packages.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in construction project management.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
Conduct performance reviews of the project team and ensure they meet the project's objectives.
