About The Position

Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university and 6 years demonstrated project management experience with the design, construction and management of major construction building projects; OR Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university and 8 years demonstrated project management experience with the design, construction and management of major construction building projects. Professional certification as a construction manager, professional project manager, or licensure as an Architect or Engineer in the State of South Carolina is preferred but not required. Experience with Higher Education, Medical or Athletics programming, design and construction. Ability to manage and oversee multiple complex design and construction projects. Work Schedule Monday -Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
