While estimating experience is valued, this role is primarily execution-focused -- ensuring field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets stay aligned. You will serve as the operational leader on assigned projects.

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of construction project management experience
• Proven experience managing larger or multi-phase projects
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Solid budgeting and cost control experience
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

• Masonry restoration experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through closeout
• Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
