About The Position

NIKA is hiring for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the performance and safety support tasks for a Base Operating Services (BOS) contract at Rivanna Station in Charlottesville, VA! This position will have a start date contingent upon contract award. Requirements

Five (5) years of experience is desired for the PM in base support management or a contract similar in scope and breadth to this solicitation.
Shall have and maintain a Tier 4, Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) at time of the contract start date and for the life of the contract.
PM and any individuals designated as key personnel shall be able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
Can demonstrate good communication and organizational skills that are required for government design/build projects and for daily interaction with government construction management staff.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Clearance Access Card (CAC)
U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

Coordinating, reviewing and coordinating with POCs work plans
Coordinating installs
Conducting quality control
Validating products being installed are correct
Preparation of project scopes of work and rough cost estimates
Provide technical review of construction contractor proposals, including project modifications
Providing projects programming along with project management and design review inputs
Communication with project customers to validate project requirements
Review of pertinent clinics/hall specific and industry standard codes and guidelines
Selection of appropriate engineering systems and solutions
