About The Position

LaBella is hiring for a Project Manager in their Buffalo, NY office. This role involves comprehensive management of drilling projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, ensuring safety compliance, and preparing detailed reports and presentations. A key aspect of the role is also to lead and mentor project team members. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years project management experience in environmental or geotechnical drilling industry.
Strong understanding of drilling operations and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
OSHA and HAZWOPER certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities
