Your role: Developing and executing detailed project plans to ensure resources, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met. Driving delivery of complex initiatives on time and within budget through disciplined project leadership. Working closely with engineering, product, clinical, operations, commercial, and compliance teams to align technical outputs with business objectives. Building strong communication channels to keep goals and expectations unified across stakeholders. Identifying and evaluates project risks, issues, and change requests while partnering on effective mitigation strategies. Using performance data and insights to recommend improvements that enhance outcomes and customer value. Strengthening project governance through structured metrics tracking, reporting, and continuous process improvements. Ensuring all solutions and integrations meet healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Facilitating collaboration across distributed, cross‑cultural Agile teams to maintain alignment with architectural and product roadmaps. Promoting transparency, accountability, and strong partnerships to drive progress and remove obstacles. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience of hands-on Project Management, preferably in healthcare or a regulated environment. You have demonstrated the ability to lead complex initiatives from planning through execution, while meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your skills include: Knowledge of Agile planning using tools like Jira, Smartsheets, and Miro. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. You have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or 6+ years of equivalent Project Management experience. PMP certification, preferred. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
