Cyient supports Pratt & Whitney as a strategic engineering and manufacturing partner, delivering solutions across design, analysis, manufacturing support, and program management. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate key aerospace initiatives in our Columbus, GA operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills-capable of driving program success within a fast-paced engineering environment.

  • Manage day-to-day project execution, tracking schedule, cost, and deliverables in alignment with customer expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Serve as the primary interface between Cyient and Pratt & Whitney stakeholders for assigned programs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and progress dashboards.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure all work complies with Pratt & Whitney's standard work, ITAR, and AS9100 quality requirements.
  • Support proposal preparation, resource forecasting, and budget tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in aerospace or engineering services.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, engineering processes, and supply chain interfaces.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and standard reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent formal project management training.
  • Experience with Pratt & Whitney programs, standards, or systems (e.g., ACE, CORE, SAP, Teamcenter).
  • Prior experience in turbine engine, component manufacturing, or MRO environments.
