About The Position

The Hotel Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing hotel-related projects from concept through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with brand standards, operational requirements, and guest experience expectations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably within hospitality, hotels, or commercial construction
Proven experience managing renovation, new build, or capital improvement projects
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and brand standards (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, etc., preferred)
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Manage hotel projects across all phases: planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out
Serve as the primary point of contact between owners, brand representatives, contractors, architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
Ensure compliance with brand standards, local codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Oversee vendor selection, contract reviews, and change order management
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines
Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate FF&E, OS&E, and operational readiness planning
Prepare and present regular status updates, reports, and financial summaries
