About The Position

O'Neil's Glass, a growing commercial glazing company based in Fort Wayne, IN is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. We are a top glazing contractor that provides, fabricates, installs, and services a wide array of glass and aluminum systems on projects of all sizes. If so, O'Neil's Glass may be right for you. The Project Manager will successfully manage awarded projects. Successful management includes completing projects on-time and on-budget. Additionally, must work collaboratively with team members both inside and outside the company to track progress, handle submittals, complete orders, resolve project-specific issues and manage closeout documents.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
• Understanding of specifications, work scopes, and construction procedures
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate, motivate and manage others
• Highly organized, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills
• Strategic planning, setting schedules, and tracking multiple tasks
• 3+ years' industry experience required

Nice To Haves

• AutoCAD experience (3 years) preferred
• ComputerEase experience preferred
