About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the completion of projects, ensuring they comply with all safety and legal requirements, and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves selecting and tracking equipment and employees needed for the project, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks. The Project Manager works closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure projects are executed correctly and prepares comprehensive reports.

Requirements

  • Must have a satisfactory background/MVR check.
  • Must pass a pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and/or random drug test.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies with proficiency in project management software
  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align projects with broader organizational goals.
  • Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • 1-3 years of relevant project management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree, trade or technical school certificate/diploma, or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Any project management certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the completion of projects, ensuring they run smoothly and comply with safety and legal requirements.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the project to monitor budget, progress, and deliverables.
  • Select and track the type of equipment needed on the project.
  • Select and track the employees needed on the project and monitor their conduct.
  • Establish risk factors and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Eliminate any identified risk factors to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, operations, and project teams.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure the project is performed correctly.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports in a timely manner.
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks as required to support the organization's goals and adapt to evolving business needs.
