Your future duties and responsibilities: A critical thinker who easily correlates events to outcomes, able to follow technical and operational conversations and quickly see the big picture understanding how all pieces fit together and/or impact each other or other up or downstream items. Highly inquisitive, comfortable asking questions and clarifying items, capable of interpreting, and solving complex problems.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work independently and without direct supervision to lead, coordinate, and prioritize work efforts with business partners, research, design, development, legal, labor and other operational teams to drive the appropriate strategy to support the overall project/program.
  • Proactively removes roadblocks, escalates issues and risks, applies appropriate project/program strategies, leads discussions with executive level partners, leverages business relationships to drive progress with peers and cross functional teams and leaders and ensures projects or program deliverables are completed within allotted timeline and budget.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment working long term strategic projects involving new and/or enhanced technology which are highly complex and transformational.
  • Highly skilled communicator highly capable of translating project summaries, updates, notes, and thoughts into clear and logical well thought out verbal or written communication.
  • Is at ease presenting a topic of concern, providing the right level of detail and can speak to large groups of people in person or on a conference/video call.
  • Able to take notes on screen while running/hosting a meeting providing succinct documentation with the right context of conversation in a well-structured manner, concisely calling out and driving to-do's, actions, owners and dates.
  • L2 management level experience in operations, has experience in requirements writing, project or program management, detail oriented, demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills to support tight coordination of large volume of tasks between multiple organizations and suppliers/contractors, leverages AI/MS Copilot to streamline tasks and drive efficiencies.
