Project Manager (Lifewave)

Tech9Lehi, UT
Hybrid

About The Position

Tech9 is supporting a global health and wellness company with an embedded delivery team focused on software development, AI enablement, and product execution. This engagement spans multiple active workstreams and is growing in both scope and strategic importance. This role serves as the primary delivery backbone, ensuring engineering teams execute with clarity, stakeholders remain aligned, and AI-driven initiatives are scoped and delivered with rigor. As internal product needs have expanded, this engagement is transitioning from a part-time coordination role to a dedicated, full-time on-site PM presence. This Scrum Master / Product Manager is a hybrid delivery leader responsible for driving execution, shaping product direction, and enabling AI-driven solutions across active workstreams. The role blends agile facilitation, product ownership, and program-level coordination to ensure teams deliver high-quality outcomes while aligning with broader organizational strategy. This is a full-time, client-embedded position requiring 3 days per week on-site in Draper, UT (9:00 AM–5:00 PM). The PM will report directly to Tech9’s client engagement lead (CC) and will serve as the day-to-day point of continuity between stakeholders and the Tech9 engineering team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or agile delivery roles within software development environments
  • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or delivery lead for cross-functional engineering teams

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

  • Background working alongside engineering teams on modern web stacks (React, Node.js, cloud-based infrastructure, CMS platforms)
