About The Position

The Project Manager position will manage the Texas Child Center Care Continuous Improvement Initiative. Additionally, the Project Manager will manage internal team efforts, synthesize research findings for stakeholders, lead collaborative solution-building with public and private child welfare systems, and coordinate with external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, public health, or a related social services field with five years of experience managing projects or cross-functional systems.
  • Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate and co-facilitate solution-building workshops.
  • Coordinate and manage tasks assigned to project team members to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Develop and lead meetings with internal team and external stakeholders.
  • Compile research findings and solution-building workshop findings into comprehensive reports for external stakeholders.
  • Participate in institute functions, including but not limited to training, supervision, staff meetings, events, and additional duties as assigned.
