The second fab will utilize its leading edge N3 and N2 process technology and be operational in 2028. Multiple positions available. Project Manager - Brief DescriptionManage the scheduling team across all project General Contractors & Subcontractors. Responsible for overall schedule management and maintenance using P6, Project, and Excel, based on the schedule in question.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, and 3 years of related experience.
  • Must have 3 years of experience managing the schedule program for large semiconductor projects ($2B and above).
  • Must have education or experience in the sequencing required for multiple process, mechanical, electrical, chemical, and building systems to federate a critical path schedule.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in identifying and implementing trackable construction KPIs which inform management of current plan, and holding subcontractors accountable to their actual progress.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software, as well as in Microsoft Project.
  • Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix Arizona facility.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot schedule conflicts where necessary with subcontractors, and push contractors to uphold their published schedules.
  • Assist BCD team with their forecasting, troubleshooting, and cost issues leveraging data from various schedules and work plans.
  • Confirm payment milestones based on schedule activity.
  • Act as a bridge between Taiwan contractors and US management.
