Consistently delivering projects at the highest technical level requires refining standards, ensuring everyone is trained, and consistent oversight. Having a well-trained team will increase efficiency and minimize the amount of oversight the Project Manager must exert over his team. Keeping up with client-driven schedules and timelines is a critical aspect of the job. By having a great working relationship with the different stakeholders such as owners' representatives, designers and construction professionals, you can ensure that ZIO has properly scheduled all aspects of the install. Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years professional experience in systems integration, Information Technology or construction project management with proven experience in management of simultaneous projects.
  • Professional experience reading construction and schematic drawings and specifications to ensure that all projects are delivered as designed.
  • Articulate and interact well with clients with high expectations as well as other trades and project stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor, stay organized and always be in control, especially during times of high stress or rapid change.
  • Leadership attributes with the abilities to lead, motivate, and develop employees.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and installation teams at one time.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the technical installation of projects
  • Overseeing the technical standards of ZIO.
  • Work with Trade Professionals to ensure all aspects of the project are properly coordinated
  • Keeping up with client-driven schedules and timelines
  • Final project quality review
