About The Position

This Project Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position in our Parts and Solutions Division. Responsibilities include: collaborating with stakeholders to develop clear project scopes and objectives; developing a detailed plan to monitor & communicate project progress and coordinate the resolution of issues; working with team members throughout the organization, as well as external stakeholders and solution providers for seamless execution; measuring project performance using appropriate tools; and leading project updates to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or related field
2-7 years
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, best practices, and software tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to solve problems creatively; excellent analytical skills
Proven self-management and team management skills

Nice To Haves

CAPM, CPM, or PMP certification is beneficial but not required
Understanding of ITGC, Change Management, and Agile Methodologies is beneficial but not required

Responsibilities

Develop project scopes, objectives, and budgets involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
Develop a detailed plan to monitor project progress, collaborate to schedule and delegate work efforts, and coordinate the resolution of issues as they arise.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Work closely with team members from various internal departments, as well as external stakeholders and solution providers, to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools and lead project updates to stakeholders and management.
Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends in order to develop and evolve our project management practice.
