About The Position

Project Manager The Opportunity: As a Project Manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced Project Manager who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of DoD programs. You’ll work with key stakeholders to facilitate communications and coordinate milestone planning. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and regular interactions with integrated product team stakeholders, project managers, and senior leaders. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in assisting with the management of cost, schedule, and performance of Army or DoD programs
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience in facilitating communications with stakeholders and suppliers, and supporting product development or ongoing production programs
  • Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition Life Cycle process
  • Knowledge of risk management processes and tools
  • Ability to influence and motivate teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively, including challenging industry partners
  • Ability to display strong business acumen and financial management capabilities
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
