About The Position

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex projects, balancing scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring compliance with company and safety standards. This role requires advanced leadership and technical expertise and includes mentoring junior level PMs. You will drive innovation, maintain client satisfaction, and act as a key player in achieving strategic project goals.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience managing high-stakes electrical projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and methodologies as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated expertise in estimating and quoting.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application to project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Electrical Testing
  • NETA Level 3 or 4 Certification.
  • Data Centers Projects
  • Experience working on projects that involve cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and execute detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to PM1 and PM2 team members.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports to senior leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with all documentation standards and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company-specific safety standards.
  • Identify and implement strategies for risk mitigation and safety improvements.
  • Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key liaison for high-level client communication and issue resolution.
  • Address and resolve complex project challenges and conflicts.
  • Work closely with customers, contractors, and engineers to resolve challenges.
  • Flexibility to perform other assigned tasks to support the overall business objectives, while proactively seeking opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
