Oversee field operations, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and manpower. Ensure work complies with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and QA/safety standards. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and change orders. Drive project profitability and identify opportunities for value engineering and efficiencies. Prepare and present monthly cost reports and financial forecasts. Coordinate material takeoffs and procurement with field leadership and purchasing. Attend jobsite meetings, GC/owner meetings, and customer events as required. Administer contracts, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs, RFQs, and change management. Monitor staffing levels, resource allocation, and field productivity. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for project teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in commercial specialty interiors construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including contracts, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
