About The Position

Method Architecture is a uniquely ego-free architecture firm, committed to a systematic creative process that focuses on clients and their needs first and foremost. Operating with the flexibility of a small firm, but with a big reach, Method is a full-service architecture firm specializing in tenant finish and ground-up projects encompassing public, corporate, industrial, breweries/distilleries and retail. Our project managers work on every phase of building design projects including programming, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration. Project managers also have exposure to the business side of architecture including proposal writing and project financial tracking.

Requirements

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Proficient in Adobe Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and 3d rendering/visualization software
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to multitask and balance multiple projects
5-8 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor degree in Architecture or related field

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI (ex. CoPilot, Chat GPT, etc), Teams, and Planner a plus
Licensed Architect or on the path to becoming licensed preferred

Finishes Selection
3D Renderings
Conference calls and meetings with clients, engineers, vendors, and general contractors
Expected to lead client presentations
Expected to be an active participant at all networking events
Expected to provide mentorship to other team members as needed
Expected to work closely with other members of the team including delegation to team members earlier in their career
