Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or financial services.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and governance frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile and hybrid project environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in technology administration or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with enterprise change management tools and processes.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for assigned technology administration initiatives.
• Ensure all project activities comply with global change management policies and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage change impacts across people, processes, and systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with Agile delivery practices where applicable.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership on project progress and outcomes.
• Support portfolio-level reporting and governance activities.
