About The Position

An international iGaming company specializing in identifying and fostering the growth of high-potential entertainment markets. With 1000+ professionals in 20+ locations, we operate in 10 countries, serving over 300,000 customers. We are looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects end-to-end and ensure on-time delivery with clear business outcomes.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in iGaming, Fintech, or Crypto;
Experience managing cross-functional teams;
Basic technical understanding (APIs, integrations, system architecture) will be a plus;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset;
Ability to work effectively in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

Own projects end-to-end, from planning to delivery;
Manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies across multiple projects;
Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks;
Ensure full transparency of project status for all stakeholders;
Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, CRM, product, etc.);
Document key decisions, next steps, ownership, and deadlines;
Oversee critical project phases such as releases, migrations, and integrations;
Drive projects to completion, ensuring deadlines and expected outcomes are met;
Contribute to improving internal processes and workflows;
Identify opportunities for automation and implement simple solutions where applicable.
