About The Position

We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is built for someone who wants full ownership — not just a piece of the process. You will manage projects end-to-end, including estimating, contracts, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. Our work spans commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors, and we’re looking for a PM who can operate independently, stay organized across multiple jobs, and drive results. Requirements

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
OR a construction-related degree with strong project responsibility
Experience with estimating and contract management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and coordination skills across clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working with minimal oversight
Willingness to work in-office

Certifications such as PMP, OSHA, or similar are a plus

Responsibilities

Manage 3–4 concurrent commercial construction projects ranging from $2M to $10M
Oversee the full project lifecycle from estimating through closeout
Prepare and manage: Estimates
Prepare and manage: Contracts
Prepare and manage: Project schedules
Prepare and manage: Change orders
Prepare and manage: Billing and cost tracking
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedule and scope
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution
Monitor budgets, costs, and overall project profitability
Identify and resolve scope, schedule, and cost issues proactively
