As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting Program Management with tracking jobs to help achieve all strategic, contractual, and tactical milestones from the moment a new job is awarded, to the final delivery to the customer.

Requirements

Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Personal effectiveness/credibility
Problem solving skills
Effective time management skills
Clear and consistent communication
2 years of manufacturing experience
Aerospace Tooling experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-year degree or equivalent
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain program timelines
Assist Program Managers with daily project tasks
Coordinate project kick-offs
Initiate, monitor, and communicate project issues both internally and externally
Project logistics coordination
Project documentation and data control
Report project issues, constraints, and proposed solutions to internal team
Overview analysis of project financial results
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
Other duties as assigned
