As a Project Manager, you will lead mission-critical client engagements, internal projects and/or customer service intiatives owning delivery, people relationships, and outcomes. Requirements

  • PMP or PMI-ACP certification
  • 3+ years of experience leading business projects in a project management role
  • Proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships and deliver outcomes aligned to business objectives
  • Strong command of project planning, critical path management, dependency tracking, and multi-workstream delivery
  • Desire to standardize processes and work in a team to refine process standards
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clarity, focus, and momentum
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with software or technology implementations
  • SaaS and ERP implementations (e.g., Coupa, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
  • Source-to-Pay, procurement, or financial systems experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Lucidchart, or similar
  • Experience with continuous improvement
  • Background in IT or cloud-based platform implementations

Responsibilities

  • Own project success from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Manage and monitor the quality of the project services
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and driving long-term account growth
  • Lead complex, cross-functional project teams across internal resources, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource alignment
  • Make independent, high-quality decisions to resolve issues, manage risks, and keep delivery moving forward
  • Produce and maintain clear, executive-ready project artifacts (plans, status reporting, training materials, presentations)
  • Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance delivery culture
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of DataMap’s delivery methodologies, tools, and internal processes
