Our growing team of consultants, analysts, designers and programmers operate from offices in Montreal, Toronto, Los Angeles and Atlanta. Our project manager combines consulting with implementing Enterprise Software and business processes. Working with partners, directors, and solutions specialists, you’ll execute project management tasks which include but are not limited to, the following responsibilities: Manage the effective delivery and timely completion of WMS and/or ERP and/or CRM projects in alignment with defined scope and budget. Manage additional requests and associated budget. Ensure all communication with the customers is timely and effective. Anticipate, identify, define, plan, assign and follow up on tasks, milestones, deliveries, dependencies, and critical paths for the project team and clients. Apply appropriate implementation approaches with a full understanding of delivery concepts, consulting tools and methodologies. Onboard, supervise, and mentor project coordinators. Could require traveling up to 25% of the time. Require the availability of taking calls from clients outside working hours in rotation within the team.
