Job Summary: This job leads teams to complete projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives. They support teams in achieving the project goals and may act as a liaison between senior project managers and the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Support the implementation of a project or program with proven standardized project/program management tools, practices, and methodologies
  • Develop detailed project plans, including setting targets for milestones, and adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
  • Monitor and track progress and manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate governance techniques
  • Identify and escalate issues/conflicts that may impede project execution.
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams assigned to the project to ensure actions are aligned to objectives and deliverables
  • Partner with business units across the organization to contribute to the development of detailed project plans
  • Provide necessary project-level reporting, communications, and presentations on progress against outcomes
  • Support the Program Manager of a regional Regulatory Change Management portfolio by coordinating project and program related activities
  • Drive cross-functional coordination and provide timely reporting on the state and performance of specific projects within the Regulatory Change Management vertical

  • Resolve project issues and mitigate risks.
