About The Position
The Commercialization Project Manager plays a key role in successfully launching new products and newly awarded business. This position leads cross-functional teams to move projects from concept through full production, ensuring that customer requirements, timelines, and operational readiness are achieved. This role serves as the central coordinator between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure new business transitions smoothly into production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects

- PMP certification a plus
