The ideal candidate is a strong executor who can balance structured project management with the ability to drive alignment, momentum, and change in a matrixed environment.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Attention to detail with a big-picture mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for HR initiatives, including scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status updates, and risk logs.
  • Coordinate across HR, TA, Finance, IT, and other partners to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify risks and blockers and drive timely resolution or escalation.
  • Partner with HR leadership to support execution against defined WIGs, particularly during the first phase of the role.
  • Help translate WIGs into clear workplans, milestones, and supporting initiatives.
  • Track progress against agreed-upon metrics and surface risks, gaps, or delays.
  • Establish lightweight execution rhythms (e.g., weekly check-ins, progress tracking) to ensure momentum.
  • Facilitate project meetings and working sessions.
  • Prepare clear status updates and executive readouts.
  • Ensure stakeholders have visibility into progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Support rollout and adoption of new HR processes, tools, or systems.
  • Partner with HR and leaders to reinforce new ways of working.
  • Help teams manage competing priorities while staying focused on commitments.
  • Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements to project and execution practices.
  • Contribute to stronger delivery discipline and operational maturity within HR.
