We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Human Resources team in delivering key initiatives and operational priorities. This role will manage cross-functional projects while helping the HR organization establish execution discipline and make progress against its Wildly Important Goals (WIGs), particularly during the first phase of the role. This role is responsible for turning HR strategy into action by creating clarity, building execution rhythms, removing barriers, and ensuring teams consistently follow through on commitments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, influential without authority, and skilled at driving accountability in complex, cross-functional environments.
