About The Position

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new rewarding role? At Doncasters we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our experienced team. As a Project Manager your role responsible for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Additional responsibilities include: Plan, organize and direct all activities as required for the full implementation of project goals and objectives Ensure that project activities are consistent with the project objectives and that objectives can be met. Ensure the project meets targets, budgets, and timelines, with appropriate reporting and evaluation Develop, complete, and finalize all project deliverables according to the timeline with the assistance of the Site Management Team. Coordinate activities with General Contractor, local and state authorities, equipment suppliers and local site management team. Coordinate, participate, facilitate and take minutes at the Project Steering Committee meetings Ensure timely preparation of information and other written Documents/material as required for implementation of project activities Ensure and maintain effective and on-going communication with individuals and groups involved directly or indirectly in the project Continually monitor the progress of the project Conduct an orderly, systematic, and incremental evaluation of the project Update the General Manager, Site Management team and Project Steering Committee on a regular basis about the progress of the project Why Doncasters? Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and including report writing, position paper development and publication/presentation of research results
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience in project management, project evaluation and budgeting in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3-5 years of project planning experience, including full project cycle experience.

Responsibilities
