The Project Manager will lead and manage a matrix team to complete the execution of projects, typically with a cycle of 1 to 2 years. This role involves coordinating cross-functional project teams, including parent company resources and suppliers, to ensure successful project execution and that company objectives are met. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring client contractual commitments are fulfilled, recommending and implementing risk assessment and abatement plans to meet project budgets and targets, and serving as the single point of contact for clients on assigned projects. Key duties include identifying, resolving, and communicating client issues, escalating unresolved issues to their immediate manager, and collecting, analyzing, and reporting business unit data to management. The Project Manager will also provide timely updates on project performance, corporate business project process integration, market trends, project status, and client relationship issues to various levels of management. They are expected to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improvements in sales management and project execution processes, and to produce and maintain records of project communications, contract variations, projects, and business activities per corporate guidelines. Additionally, the Project Manager is expected to bring full effort to assigned tasks, provide best advice to their manager, give early notice if work cannot be delivered as specified, cooperate and collaborate with peers, interact cross-organizationally as specified by their manager, exemplify Company Core Values (Integrity, Client Focus, Team Orientation, and Personal Commitment), comply with all Company policies, practices, procedures, regulations, and laws, proactively recommend viable improvements, and ensure effective utilization of business tools and processes.
