We are searching for the best talent for R&D Software Project Manager. Purpose: We are seeking a technically strong R&D Software Project Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary development of next‑generation medical device products. In this role, you will drive complex software and embedded system programs, ensuring high‑quality execution, cross‑functional alignment, and successful global delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software, Electrical, Computer, or related engineering field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in medical device new product development, including software development, is required.
  • Experience leading complex, cross‑functional technical projects from concept through delivery.
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems and software development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with SDLC frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Managing end‑to‑end development of complex software and embedded-system features, coordinating firmware, drivers, and software engineering teams.
  • Managing project timelines, risks, resources, and cross‑functional dependencies.
  • Collaborating closely with hardware, regulatory, quality, validation, and manufacturing teams.
  • Driving improvements to SDLC workflows and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Communicating project status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Supporting audits, documentation quality, and continuous process improvement.
