About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost efficient completion of projects by overseeing all phases of the project. This entails working with a variety of stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate equipment and materials, operate within budget, and monitor overall progress.

Requirements

• Must have 2-3 years of construction project management experience
• Must have 1-2 years of experience running Large residential/leisure property projects
• Excellent Office 365 skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Time Management
• Very strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience with NetSuite and DTools preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all components of assigned projects
• Manage scope, schedule and budget
• Collaborate with technicians, architects, builders, and other workers assigned to the project to ensure client satisfaction
• Responsible for any emergencies and problems that may arise
• Comply with all safety procedures
• Report project success and budget to client
• Provide project oversight
• Schedule all labor & materials
• Understand the skillset of the Technicians and leverage their skills accordingly
• Understand the proposal and scope of work
• Ensure communication between project team and clients
• Complete all necessary papework to close out the project
• Work with procurement team to ensure product will be available for all phases of the project. Can address supply chain issues by recommending and/or changing equipment on the fly in order to meet deadlines and keep project within its schedule.
• Leverage NetSuite and DTools to support project management
