The general role of the Project Manager is to be responsible for the initiation, implementation, and management of electrical business services, initiatives, and opportunities within the Division. The Project Manager is also responsible for supporting customer service and growth within the Division. The Project Manager will manage processes, personnel, and resources to provide services, products and/or deliverables that are on-time, on-budget and meet or exceed customer expectations. The Project Manager must possess the knowledge, experience, licenses, and ability to work with new and/or developed customers to determine business and operational needs and opportunities for Pillar Innovations and to provide continuous improvements and efficiencies for its' customers. The position must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes travel, out-of-town work, weekends, extended hours, and call-out work. The Project Manager will report to the Business Development Manager and will work primarily out of the Farmington location.
