Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management / Engineering PMO
• Experience managing distributed cloud engineering teams
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), cloud migration lifecycles, and modernization programs
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture concepts
• Technical literacy in AI/LLM systems preferred
• Bachelors degree or equivalence of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Own and run daily and weekly cadences across distributed squads (NA, Prague, India)
• Track action items, dependencies, risks, and cross-squad alignment
• Maintain roadmap visibility for agentic accelerators supporting cloud migration and modernization
• Coordinate R&D activities with delivery teams on pilot and live customer opportunities
• Consolidate executive updates and KPI dashboards
• Ensure sprint discipline and documentation hygiene
• Monitor hiring pipeline impact on velocity and capacity
• Support transition planning from prototype to delivery readiness
