About The Position

Project Manager The Project Manager is responsible for leading and directing multiple client projects within the contract manufacturing division. The Project Manager will work closely with key project stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the project consistent with client expectations. Position Summary This position is 100% on-site at the Greenville site. Catalent’s Greenville, N.C. facility specializes in end-to-end turn-key solutions for oral solid dosage forms, including integrated formulation development, analytical services, commercial manufacturing, and packaging. This state-of-the-art facility has had over $100M of investments in recent years and features fit-for-scale capacity with potent handling capabilities, ideal for orphan or targeted drug development. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for the clients and the Greenville site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science with at least three years of pharmaceutical project management experience required (preferably in the CDMO industry) or;
• Associate degree in science with at least four years of pharmaceutical project management experience required (preferably in the CDMO industry) or;
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least six years of pharmaceutical project management experience required (preferably in the CDMO industry) or;
• Experience in a Catalent role that is independent and proficient in project management as well as technical understanding may be substituted for one year of external related experience.
• Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly.
• Be accessible to manufacturing floor and office staff and to use required office equipment.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification and ERP experience desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, and oversee the delivery of multiple projects from pre-formulation through process validation including all phases of clinical development.
• Facilitate effective team meetings to track project deliverables and timelines to ensure on-time delivery; distribute meeting notes, action items and project timelines.
• Manage project issues and risks effecting project deliverables ensuring timely resolution with minimal impact.
• Communicate across functional and leadership levels providing updates on project status, risks, and issues
• Build rapport and relationships with clients through frequent communication to ensure their expectations are met.
• Effectively prioritize multiple projects with competing resources, deliverables, and constraints.
• All other duties as assigned.
