In accordance with Assets, Inc. Core Values and Mission, this position oversees the overall daily operations of a designated service contract site and provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed. The Project Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of all services required in the contract at the work site. This position manages the budget, is involved with customer relations and purchasing, ensures adequate support services, provides training and supervision to all site employees, and performs direct labor as needed. This position may require de-escalating verbally or physically aggressive individuals according to identified procedures and individual client protocols. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Postal Service Manager is essential for maintaining seamless operations within the postal service, ensuring that mail and packages are processed and delivered promptly and accurately. Adheres to and demonstrates Assets, Inc. Core Values, Mission, policies, procedures and compliance plan in the performance of all aspects of this position. Serves as liaison between the contract site, Assets, Inc. management and the customer. This includes, but is not limited to: Participation in conferences or meetings (as needed) with contract personnel/customer to ascertain problems/concerns, reach decisions regarding appropriate solutions, and to maintain a high level of satisfaction in terms of quality services, and effective communication at the facility. Serves as primary contact person to the customer. Maintaining excellent communication regarding the site’s successes, challenges and/or needs with the DSM and CoCO through consultations, via emails and phone calls. Responsible for certifying that all daily and periodic tasks are completed as scheduled and according to specified quality standards. Monitors production, coordinates subcontracts, and schedules contract operations. Ensures the quality of services provided by the Associates and Support personnel, ensuring the operation is within the vision of Assets, Inc. mission. Provides input and assists in budget development. Monitors the use of supplies and equipment. Requests or purchases of additional supplies as needed using established departmental procedures. Ensures preventive maintenance is performed as needed on all janitorial equipment. Schedules required service work as needed. Provides supervision, mentoring and training to site employees according to the organization’s policies, identified procedures and applicable laws. Trains site employees in orientation to the contract facility, rules and regulations of the facility, proper cleaning techniques and schedules, usage and conservation of supplies, operation of equipment, and safety practices. Promotes the Supported Employment and Ability One programs and strives to enhance employment opportunities for people with disabilities. This includes, but is not limited to: Monitoring and providing assistance to contract site team in case management, data collection and ISP development. Ensuring site documentation, practices and support services comply with Medicaid standards and adhere to individual support plans (ISP). Communicating with job coaches, case managers and guardians/care providers. Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork required by the contract or Assets, Inc. This includes, but is not limited to: Quality Control Reports Task Completion Reports Supply Inventory Customer Billing / Invoices Incident Reports Service Notes Payroll/Time Sheets and Attendance for all site employees Mileage Forms Supervisory Files HR Forms and Documentation Increases safety awareness and promotes safety at the contract site. Provides safety training and hazardous chemical communications training for site employees. Posts Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all chemicals used or stored in the building. Performs direct labor as needed according to company safety requirements. Ensures the team engages in appropriate teamwork functions to provide a professional environment and effective service delivery. Develops cooperative relationships with the customer, community agencies, served individuals and their family members. Identifies, coordinates and actively participates in required training programs and meetings. May be required to work at multiple designated work sites or may be reassigned as needed to other contract work sites. Works a varied schedule, to include work outside of normal week hours. Assists in or individually de-escalates verbally or physically aggressive individuals according to identified procedures and individual client protocols Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.
