The Project Manager will manage and support various projects and effectively works with team staff to complete them. The Project Manager contributes to developing team infrastructure, procedures, systems, tools, and templates to allow Global Certification staff to focus on core certification business activities. This role will help our team build systems and processes that support efficiency and growth for scalability. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience in project management.
  • Three (3) years of experience in program evaluation or academic coursework in program evaluation.
  • Excellent organizational skills, project management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform well during increased workload.

Responsibilities

  • Perform project management duties including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing assigned projects as needed and assigned.
  • Establish and maintain project management processes and documentation to ensure project quality on all projects as assigned.
  • Manage scopes of work and budgets for funded and non-funded projects as assigned to ensure successful completion of project deliverables within available budgets.
  • Develop, implement, and manage systems to effectively allocate effort across all projects for Global Certification Team members and proactively plan for future projects.
  • Receive and process requests for support, collaborating with team leadership to assign projects to the appropriate team members.
  • Develop evaluation plans and budgets for proposals and funding opportunities.
  • Establish standard operating procedures, systems, tools, and templates to support efficient team processes.
  • Collaborate with and internal teams and partners to develop and implement core measurements across projects so that our work becomes more efficient, aligned, and collective.
  • Develop operating procedures and policies for using the knowledge management platform, including adding to, revising, or removing knowledge assets.
  • Establish trusting, open, motivating, influential relationships with colleagues as a foundation for monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
