About The Position

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Manager to support Kadiak and our government customer in in Billings, MT. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Leadership: Manage multiple trades across building portfolio, develop/maintain client relationships, coordinate activities across disciplines, and manage union environment. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and facilitate projects from conception to completion. Manage scoping, budgeting, scheduling, deadlines, TO management, and proposal development for IDIQ work. Client Relations: Grow relationships and market share, collaborate with stakeholders and external partners, and serve as the first point of contact for contract communication. Compliance: Implement a QMP and ensure contract compliance and point of contact for contract deliverables. Energy Management: Primary liaison for energy performance standards. Safety: Promote safe work environments. Must have authority to act for the Contractor in every detail. Physical location and availability subject to CO approval. Authorized to accept notices, inspection reports, and correspondence. Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen
  • High School Degree or GED
  • Experience in managing and supervising mechanical maintenance operations for similar size/type buildings
