Requirements

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in project management, including: project requirements analysis; manpower and resource planning; scheduling across a diverse portfolio of projects.
• High School diploma required.
• At least eight (8) years of experience in evaluating project operations against established goals, requirements, and objectives.
• Proven experience leading teams of skilled professionals, demonstrating responsibility for performance and overall project direction.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment.
• Must currently hold an active Secret security clearance.
• US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors Degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a variety of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of existing procedures, processes, and techniques to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement project plans, including manpower and resource allocation, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Supervise and mentor a team of skilled professionals, technical staff, and support personnel, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
• Work independently to drive project initiatives, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
